Maybe you want to get stronger, relieve stress, build confidence, or simply find something that's yours — a place to reset, grow, and become a better version of yourself.

Whatever brings you through the door, we'll meet you where you are and help you keep moving forward.

Adults & Teens Jiu-Jitsu
Build Skills. Get Stronger. Challenge Yourself.

Whether you're brand new to Jiu-Jitsu or ready to take your skills further, our Adults & Teens program is designed to challenge you at your level.

You'll learn practical Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including takedowns, escapes, positional control, submissions, and real-world self-defense — all while improving strength, conditioning, mobility, and endurance.

But Jiu-Jitsu is as much mental as it is physical. You'll learn to stay calm under pressure, solve problems, push through challenges, and develop confidence that carries beyond the mats.

No experience required. Just step on the mat.

Kids Jiu-Jitsu
Strong Bodies. Confident Minds. Skills for Life.

Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program goes beyond teaching martial arts. We use Jiu-Jitsu to help kids develop confidence, discipline, focus, respect, and resilience in a positive and encouraging environment.

Students learn age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu and practical self-defense while improving coordination, fitness, problem-solving, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Every class gives kids the opportunity to face challenges, learn from mistakes, make friends, and discover what they're capable of.

We're not just developing better Jiu-Jitsu students. We're helping develop confident, capable young people.

Women's BJJ & Self-Defense
Build Confidence. Find Your Strength.

Our Women's BJJ & Self-Defense program is a supportive space to learn practical skills, challenge yourself, get stronger, and leave the stress of everyday life behind for a while.

Led by Army veteran, college professor, and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt Ann Ching, you'll learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and practical self-defense techniques built around leverage, positioning, awareness, and staying composed under pressure.

Whether your goal is self-defense, fitness, confidence, stress relief, or simply doing something for yourself, you don't need experience to begin.

Come as you are. Leave stronger, more confident, and more capable.
